Build AI Systems That Run Real Businesses. From Anywhere.
We are a small, remote-first team building AI agents, automation, and custom software for growing companies. No offices, no layers of management, no work that exists only to fill a sprint board.
Remote Is the Default, Not a Perk
We have been distributed from the start. That shapes how we hire, how we communicate, and how much of your day belongs to you.
Remote Since Day One
There is no head office you are missing out on. Every process, document, and decision already assumes a distributed team.
Async by Default
Written updates over standups. We ask for a few hours of overlap for real-time work and leave the rest of your day uninterrupted.
Real Ownership
You work directly with the founders and the client. No account manager relaying requirements, no ticket queue to wait on.
Range of Work
Small team, varied clients. You will touch agent design, integrations, and product surfaces rather than one narrow slice.
20 Open Positions - All Remote
Every role below is remote and open worldwide. Filter by discipline, or send an open application if none of them fit but you think you belong here.
AI Automation Engineer
Design and ship the AI agents and automated workflows that run inside our clients’ operations - support triage, sales qualification, document retrieval, and internal reporting.
Senior AI Engineer (LLM Systems)
Own the hardest AI problems we take on - multi-agent architectures, retrieval quality, and the evaluation systems that tell us whether any of it actually works.
Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js)
Build the dashboards, admin panels, and custom SaaS products that sit on top of the AI systems we deliver - the surfaces clients actually use every day.
Backend Engineer (Node.js & Python)
Own the services, queues, and data models behind our AI systems - the parts that have to stay up while a client’s support inbox is running through them.
Frontend Engineer (React)
Turn designs and rough sketches into fast, accessible interfaces - client dashboards, chat surfaces, marketing sites, and internal tools.
Integrations Engineer
Connect our AI systems to the tools clients already run. Every project needs data moving cleanly between platforms that were never designed to talk to each other.
Shopify Developer
Extend Shopify and Shopify Plus stores with the AI and automation layers we build - custom apps, storefront work, and deep integration with merchant operations.
DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer
Own how our work reaches production and stays there - deployment pipelines, environments, monitoring, and the security posture clients ask us about before signing.
Data Engineer
Build the pipelines that feed our AI systems and our clients’ reporting - pulling data out of scattered tools and turning it into something trustworthy.
QA Automation Engineer
Be the reason a client never finds the bug first. You will test AI behaviour as well as software - which means judging output quality, not just pass/fail assertions.
AI Solutions Consultant
Run discovery with prospective clients, map where automation actually creates value, and scope the systems our engineers build - including telling clients when the answer is no.
Technical Project Manager
Keep multiple client builds moving at once without becoming a status-meeting bottleneck. You protect engineers’ focus and make sure clients always know where things stand.
Business Process Analyst
Go deep into how a client’s team actually works - not how the org chart says they work - and turn that into the workflow maps our engineers build from.
Customer Success Manager
Own the client relationship after launch - making sure the systems we built keep delivering value, get adopted properly, and grow into the next engagement.
Product Designer (UI/UX)
Design the interfaces people use to work alongside AI - dashboards, agent consoles, and admin tools where clarity matters more than decoration.
Technical Writer
Write the documentation that lets a client operate what we built without calling us - runbooks, handover guides, API docs, and internal standards.
SEO Content Strategist
Own organic growth for our own site and for client projects - keyword strategy, content that ranks because it is genuinely useful, and the technical SEO behind it.
Sales Development Representative
Start real conversations with operators who have an automation problem worth solving. We are not looking for volume outreach - we are looking for relevance.
Growth Marketing Specialist
Own demand generation end to end - paid, email, landing pages, and the measurement that tells us which of those is actually working.
Partnerships Manager
Build the referral and agency relationships that send us work we are well-suited to - Shopify agencies, ecommerce consultants, and platform partners.
