Services
Zinex Solutions provides AI systems design, development, and automation consulting services. All services are provided as described in individual project scopes and agreements.
Engagements and Payments
Paid engagements are governed by individual project agreements. All multi-phase projects use milestone-based payment structures. Payment is due upon milestone approval before development of the subsequent phase begins.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables developed specifically for your project become your property. Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
We treat all client business information, workflows, and system details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
